This is a self – supported ride in the Adventure Format. 
Navigation, knowing where you are, and staying on route is crucial!
This is a Ride for Advanced and Expert Riders. 
You are solely responsible for your personal safety, and the mechanical readiness of your bike and gear. You are also responsible for getting yourself back to the Start/Finish at Crank Arm Brewery if you have any physical or mechanical issues. Be prepared to call a friend, Uber, or a taxi if needed. You should have your phone on you and it should be fully charged; and you should have a phone charger with you as well should it be needed.
Please familiarize yourself with the route and use the Route Download for you smartphone, and our GPX download for your GPS unit.

Required Gear: Helmet, blinking lights front and rear, and maps via Smartphone, GPS, or printed maps.
Suggested Gear list: phone, emergency phone numbers written down in case phone is broken, phone charger and cord, printed maps, bike lock, spare tubes, pump, tube patch kit, tire levers, water bottles/hydration pack, headlight, food, emergency cash for additional food. 

Parking:
There is plenty of street parking around the brewery. Check the signs to make sure it is free on Saturday. There is also a parking deck across the street from the brewery at 216 West Cabarrus St.

Event Fees 
$30 in advance, $45 day of Ride.
Juniors $20 (15 and under)

Schedule and Timing:
Friday April 28th - Route Discussion, Registration, and Check In– 5:00PM – 8:00PM

Saturday April 29th - Route Discussion, Registration, Packet Pick Up - 7:00AM -8:30 a.m.
-Coffee and treats 7:00a.m. – 8:30a.m.

Ride Starts: 9:00 AM

Ride Routes are available as Smart Phone Downloads listed below and as GPX Download on the registration page soon. Stay tuned. 

Food:
There is plenty of water and food available along the course at check points and city parks, as well as lots of convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops to purchase anything you might need. Please remember to bring a hydration pack or your own water bottle to fill and refill. As self-supported endurance ride, riders should bring their own food to support their ride; even though there are lots of places to get nutrition, don’t be caught out on the long stretch of Neuse River Greenway without any food or you could be very sad! 

T-shirts: Bobcat Bootlegger t-shirts will be guaranteed for all riders that pre-register!

Awards: There will be some sweet prizes and awards for Top Finishers, Support, and Spirit!

Safety: All riders are required to wear a helmet! Be ready for anything. Bring everything you need. You are the only one that can help you!
