100% North Carolina Beer! This smoked oyster stout used malt from Epiphany craft malt that was grown in Wake county and then smoked on location at Cortez . The hops were grown by Farm Boy Farms in Pittsboro. Lawton Points variety oysters harvested in Newport River - Morehead City area were provided by Locals Seafood We are fermenting this beer with yeast propagated by White Labs Asheville. With the the smoked malt and the brine from the oysters this beer tastes like liquid bacon!
